About Us

Caleb believes every family has the capacity to thrive when equipped with the right tools, encouragement, and perspective. As a husband, father, oldest of four siblings, and uncle to four, Caleb understands both the beauty and the complexity of family life—from marriage and parenting to loss, disability, and the transitions that shape each generation.

With a Master of Arts in Family Science from Concordia University-St. Paul and credentials as Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE) from the National Council on Family Relations, Caleb combines research-based family education with real-life empathy. He has a particular passion for helping fathers grow in confidence and connection during the postpartum and early parenting seasons, when their leadership and presence can transform the entire family dynamic.

Drawing from years of study and lived experience, Caleb supports families through:

Family resource management — budgeting, routines, and time organization

Family communication — fostering emotional safety and teamwork at home

Parenting and relationship transitions — guiding families through major life stages, including disability, loss, and multigenerational living

Having access to several academic research libraries, Caleb tailors each coaching experience to meet your family’s specific needs with evidence-based insight and practical strategies you can use right away.

In addition to his work with FaberFam, Caleb volunteers weekly with the Fairfax County Parent Education Program & Father Engagement Program, as well as serves as Church School Director at St. Mary Orthodox Church in Falls Church, Virginia.

Above all, his goal is simple: to help families function with peace, purpose, and unity—no matter what stage of life they are in.
