Birth Doula Support
Our family views childbirth as both a rite of passage and a holy event to be honored, celebrated, and respected. All of our doula services include one complimentary consultation, unlimited text/call support upon contract signing, access to a multi-modality birth support kit, certified birth doula support, and a postpartum homemade meal selected by you from our signature cookbook.
**Limited-Time Reduced Rate** $1500 standard package includes:
- Certified birth doula present at birth venue of choice (home, birthing center, hospital)
- Multi-modality birth support kit access (aromatherapy, birthing comb, twinkle lights, music, birthing ball, laboring position guides, etc.)
- One prenatal appointment to establish goals for the birth, to include review of a birth plan and postpartum checklist/registry, and postpartum meal selection
- At least two hours post-birth support to assist in the comfort of momma, baby, and family (depending on length of birth, we may be able to extend this time). For home births, this time includes creation of a nutritious meal to assist in the postpartum. (For hospital births, I will deliver this meal at home during the postpartum appointment.)
- One postpartum appointment to check-in on the needs of the family, to include provide tailored resources, family coaching, encouragement, or even care for baby while momma takes a lengthy and refreshing shower
- Unlimited text/call/email support (during daytime hours) at contract signing
- 24/7 on-call support for labor support
- Reliable back-up doula support, if needed
Postpartum Doula Services
While some say it takes a village, we believe it takes an economy. Let us help you navigate the best use of your most scarce resource, time, and save you the effort of navigating the postpartum period alone. We will provide you with help resource guides tailored to your specific postpartum needs, help you build a routine while tending to your new little one(s), help you set up Sitz bath and other modalities in the immediate postpartum period, reinforce best practice infant care and feeding--to include helping you through your first foray with the breast pump, if desired. Our services also include some housekeeping/organization services and postpartum meal preparation guides and meal prep.
In addition, each of our postpartum doula packages includes a 90-minute (virtual or in-person) professional, industry standard family coaching session to help your family redefine your values and put a plan in action to build a postpartum life that meets the needs of your growing family.
$1200 - Postpartum Doula Daytime Standard Package (days to be scheduled at mutually convenient windows within three months of signing) - 4 days, 5 consecutive hours per day (between the daytime hours of 6AM-10PM):
- Immediate postpartum momma support, care, and feeding
- Support for families in best practice for care and feeding infants
- Light housekeeping and organization
- Meal preparation and meal prep guides
- Breastfeeding support, pump and bottle sanitization guidance, if needed
- Caring for infant while parents tend to administrative matters, have some R&R time, or spend some dedicated time with siblings
- 60-minute (virtual or in-person) professional, industry standard values-based postpartum family coaching session (one per day, as desired)
Postpartum Coaching for Couples
While society wants us to 'bounce back' to who we were, we believe we are better served to intentionally craft our postpartum lives with experts who have been there, studied that, and can reference the best practices in family resource management, professional development, wellness, and more. Whether a SAHM or a seasoned professional woman, by using a values-based approach, our coaching service is a great fit for anyone, and designed to be complementary with our more comprehensive Lifecycle Coaching. Given that this service is available virtually, our Postpartum Coaching is available nationwide.
$449 - three 60-minute virtual sessions
$749 - six 60-minutes virtual sessions
Lifecycle Coaching for Families
As a wife's identity transforms with the birth (or loss) of a child, or any number of other lifecycle events, it is equally important for a man to reflect on how his role must evolve alongside his growing family and possess the evidence-based tools that will set up his family up to thrive for generations. Using a values-based approach, our lifecycle coaching sessions will aim to define your family priorities during times of significant transition, identify resources to manage lifecycle events, and strengthen your family's identity in your local community. These sessions are a great complement to Postpartum Coaching. Given that this service is available virtually, our Lifecycle Coaching is available nationwide.
