CULTIVATING MOTHERLY STRENGTH AS A DOULA

"Day-of" Birth Doula Support Package: $1000 (virtual or in-person)

• 24/7 on-call availability for continuous in-person labor support (availability officially begins at 36 weeks...but, we aim to please for those early arrivals, as well!) 
• Trained birth doula present at birth venue of choice (home, birthing center, hospital), with reliable back-up doula, if needed.
• Access to multi-modality birth support kit: (could include aromatherapy, birthing comb, twinkle lights, music, birthing ball, laboring position guides, etc.)
• Minimum 60 minute post-birth support to assist in the comfort of momma, baby, and family adjust and settle-in. 

 Standard Birth Doula Support Package with Prenatal and Postpartum Support: 

$1500 (in-person)

• 24/7 on-call availability for continuous in-person labor support (availability officially begins at 36 weeks...but, we aim to please for those early arrivals, as well!) 
• Trained birth doula present at birth venue of choice (home, birthing center, hospital), with reliable back-up doula, if needed.
• Access to multi-modality birth support kit: (could include aromatherapy, birthing comb, twinkle lights, music, birthing ball, laboring position guides, etc.)
• Minimum 60 minute post-birth support to assist in the comfort of momma, baby, and family adjust and settle-in. 
• Two prenatal appointments to establish goals for the birth, to include review of a birth plan and begin postpartum planning.
• One postpartum appointment to check-in on the general wellbeing of the family 
• Homecooked nutritious meal to assist in the postpartum (either immediately postpartum or at a postpartum visit)
• Family service and education resource guide curated by our in-house Family Life Educator
• Routine text/call/email pregnancy and postpartum support from contract signing through final postpartum visit, generally no later than 12 weeks postpartum

 Gold Birth Doula Support Package with premium Prenatal and Postpartum Support: 

$1950 (in-person)

• 24/7 on-call availability for continuous in-person labor support (availability officially begins at 36 weeks...but, we aim to please for those early arrivals, as well!) 
• Trained birth doula present at birth venue of choice (home, birthing center, hospital), with reliable back-up doula, if needed.
• Access to multi-modality birth support kit: (could include aromatherapy, birthing comb, twinkle lights, music, birthing ball, laboring position guides, etc.)
• Minimum 60 minute post-birth support to assist in the comfort of momma, baby, and family adjust and settle-in.

• Lifelong membership to our monthly family resource webinar series which includes topics such as Dad's Postpartum Guide, Resource Management for the Postpartum Home, and more.
• Family service and education resource guide curated by our in-house Family Life Educator
• Routine text/call/email pregnancy and postpartum support from contract signing through final postpartum visit, generally no later than 12 weeks postpartum
